From June 21 to June 23, 2024, the 2nd Integrated Photonics Conference was successfully held at the Qingshuihe Campus of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in Chengdu, Sichuan, China. This conference brought together numerous leading experts, scholars, research institutions, higher education representatives, and technology companies in the field of integrated photonics to discuss development plans in cutting-edge interdisciplinary areas and source innovations in key core technologies.
During the conference, the academic presentations and discussions were dynamic, sparking countless moments of insight and inspiration.
June is also the annual month for humanities education and academic exchange at the UESTC, and this conference coincided with the tenth anniversary celebrations of the Institute of Fundamental and Frontier Sciences and the completion of renovations at the Shimmer Center, adding a rich academic atmosphere and festive spirit to the event.
Additionally, a COMSOL specialized training session was held during the conference, attracting many participants. Various exhibitors showcased their latest research outcomes and technological products, providing attendees with a feast of knowledge, technology, and networking opportunities.
