Talented Young Scientist Program 2026

The International Young Scientists Program (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”) was established in 2013 by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China (hereinafter referred to as “MOST”). It serves as an important mechanism for promoting exchanges between young scientists from China and abroad, jointly cultivating young scientific leaders, and advancing pragmatic international cooperation in science and technology.
In alignment with the objectives of the Program and in response to the International Science and Technology Cooperation Initiative, Tianfu Jiangxi Laboratory actively participates in the application and organization of this Program. By leveraging the Program as a platform for mutual learning among civilizations and win–win cooperation, the Laboratory aims to attract outstanding young international scientists to carry out research collaboration and academic exchange in China.
In order to further support and facilitate the application and implementation of the Program, and in accordance with the Administrative Measures for the International Young Scientists Program and relevant working requirements, this Guideline is formulated to provide clear reference for application organization and project execution based at Tianfu Jiangxi Laboratory.
